Jack Galvin

Jack Galvin is an Arizona comedian and regular feature at Rick Bronson’s House of Comedy and Laughs Unlimited Comedy Club & Lounge.  A former elementary school teacher, Jack’s life changed when he lost his dad to suicide. Earning a paycheck was no longer enough; he wanted to make a difference, and make people laugh every day. Jack has appeared at Bird City Comedy Festival, Hudson Valley Comedy Festival, Joshua Tree Intl. Improv/Comedy Festival, Comics Rock Convention, Clean Comedy Conference in San Diego, The Tucson Comedy Arts Festival, and Burbank Comedy Festival. He has worked on stages all across the United States and Canada including; featuring at Lafflines Comedy Club (New Westminster, BC) & The Comic Strip (Edmonton), Laugh Boston (MA), Nick’s Comedy Stop (MA), and MCing at venues like Skyline Comedy Club (Appleton, WI), Sonar Comedy Club (Prince George, BC),  The Woo Haha (Worcester, Mass). You may recognize Jack from his parts in the indie films Soulless (Amazon Prime) or Elastic Heart. As one part of the Arizona based Broken Drift Productions team, Jack is the Co-Executive Producer of Big Pine Comedy Festival and Producer of the Cactus Comedy Classic and 40/40 Fest; He is passionate about stand up comedy, improv, acting, and the art community.
